At the January 17, 2024 regular meeting, the Boaz Village Board repealed all Village ATV/UTV ordinances (2017-2, 2018-1, and 2018-2) with ordinance number 2024-1.  Immediately following, the Village Board enacted ordinance number 2024-2 to adopt Richland County ATV/UTV ordinance number 22-16.  Please note that ordinance number 2024-2 includes designated and authorized routes within the territorial boundaries of the Village of Boaz.

Here is a map of Richland County ATV routes.  Since the map was released, the Towns of Bloom, Sylvan, and Akan have opened COUNTY roads (but not town roads).

Note that routes are subject to change.  For official route status, please contact each municipality directly.
