At the December 13, 2016 meeting of the Boaz Village Board, a motion passed to authorize Attorney Eileen Brownlee to create a Code of Ordinances for the Village of Boaz.  When the Code of Ordinances goes into effect, it will be published on this page.

In the meantime, the most recently adopted ordinances and the most frequently accessed ordinances are posted below.  All ordinances for the Village of Boaz are on file in the Clerk's office and may be viewed upon request.
